February is African American/ Black/ Civil Rights History Month

African American/ Black/Civil Rights History Month will be observed during the month of February by conducting or promoting educational activities that provide instruction, awareness and understanding of the history & people of African Americans as well as heroes of the civil rights movement, and the importance of the fundamental principle and promise of equality under our nation’s Constitution.
